Thank you for stopping by. I’m Rachel, and I live in East London with my husband and three girls. I’m a local councillor (if you are interested, you can read about my work on my councillor blog here), a one-time policy wonk, a lover of good books, a would-be writer, and most recently am rediscovering my love of visual arts of all kinds.

My work is wide-ranging and covers a variety of different media but is united by my love of colour, of bright and cheerful works to lift the spirits, and particularly my love of hand lettering of all kinds. Having always drawn, and doodled, and dreamed in colour, having spent ten years buying craft materials for my girls, I’m now finding time to take my own creations more seriously. This website is an important part of that.
